Privacy Policy
Privacy information for Garaje Imagina games and websites. Last updated: 31 October 2026.
Who is responsible and how to contact us
Garaje Imagina is the developer of the games covered by this policy and manages this website. For privacy questions or requests about your data, email administracion@garajeimagina.com.
This policy covers the following games, including their names as displayed in app stores: Dungeon Day; Billiard2D / billar2D; Chromatic Collision Mayhem; Cover of Knight; DEKIS; EKIS; KREPZEN; Multiplicatron; Number Hopper; Países para Martín / Paises para Martin; Partikles; PolyCar Lab: Time Attack; RoboCourt Tennis; Rock, Paper, Scissors Challenge.
Game data stored on your device
Our games store data needed to play, such as settings, language, sound preferences, progress, local scores, completed challenges and purchase entitlements, in the app’s local storage. You do not need a Garaje Imagina player account to use these games.
Data kept only on your device is not collected by Garaje Imagina merely because it is stored there. The local data remains until you erase it, clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app, subject to any backup or restore settings provided by your operating system.
Partikles’ former online leaderboards are no longer used. If you used a leaderboard in an older release and want to ask about an old alias or score, contact us. We do not assume that ending a feature automatically deletes historical records.
Purchases and app stores
Where a game offers purchases, Google Play or the Apple App Store processes the payment. The app uses the purchase status and transaction information needed to unlock or restore the purchased content. Garaje Imagina does not receive your full card details through the game.
The store may process account, transaction, download and diagnostic information under its own privacy policy: Google and Apple.
Sharing results and external links
When you choose to share a result, the game prepares the text or image you select and hands it to your device’s sharing tools. The destination app or person receives the content only through the sharing action you choose. Avoid including personal information in content you share publicly.
Links to other games, stores or websites open external services. Those services apply their own privacy practices. A link to another game does not give us access to your social accounts.
Website browsing, cookies and analytics
Browsing this website can generate technical information such as the requested page, session data, referral information, interaction events and, when provided by the server, an approximate country code. This information supports the operation and security of the website and, with consent where required, audience measurement.
First-party analytics runs only after you accept it through the consent controls. Language choices and other interface preferences may be stored locally. You can change your cookie choices using “Manage cookies”. See our cookie information. Website consent does not authorize analytics inside a game.
Contact messages and email subscriptions
If you email us or use a contact form, we process your email address, the name you provide and the contents of your request to respond and provide support. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
If you subscribe to email updates, we use the address you provide to send the updates you requested. You can ask to unsubscribe at any time by contacting us. A subscription is separate from installing or playing a game.
Recipients, security and retention
We use providers for website hosting, email and app distribution as needed to provide these services. App stores and the services you choose for sharing process information under their own policies. We do not sell players’ personal information.
We restrict access to information received through support and use the security measures appropriate to the service, including HTTPS for this website. Support correspondence is kept while needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations. Subscription data is kept while the subscription remains active or until you ask us to remove it, subject to obligations that require limited retention.
Access, correction and deletion requests
You can remove local game data using the app or operating system’s storage controls. We cannot access or erase data that exists only on your device. Deleting local data may erase progress and does not cancel a purchase or subscription managed by a store.
To request access to, correction of or deletion of information held by Garaje Imagina, or to object to a use of your information, email administracion@garajeimagina.com. Identify the game or website and provide only the information necessary to locate your request. We may ask for proportionate verification. You may also contact your competent data protection authority.
Children and changes to this policy
For games used by children, a parent or guardian can contact us about privacy and deletion requests. Please do not include a child’s personal details in a nickname, shared result or support message unless necessary to resolve the request.
If the way a game or website handles data changes, we will update this policy and any relevant store disclosures. The date above identifies the latest revision.
